INFINITEsimal

(INFINITE)SIMAL

infinite - indefinably large; countlessly great; immense

infinitesimal - incalculably, exceedingly, or immeasurably minute; vanishingly small

What I'm feeling in the field right now is COMPLEX. It's the need to move buzzing, frenetic energy through and out of my body AND it's the desire to cocoon in fuzzy blankets and sip tea.

Let's create a slow burn.

Here are some tips to guide your practice using this playlist.

SPIRAL TO OPEN

The first 6 songs were selected for you to open your practice with spiraling, winding, circling movements.

Grab a spot on the floor and play around with creating undulating waves and spirals with your spine, your rib cage and shoulders, your head and neck, your arms, and your hips.

DANCE TO MOVE ENERGY

Using the playlist, dance from “Infinite Arms” through “Infinite Trees”. Move your body and energy in spirals and circles. Open up the flow of your toroidal field.

During the song “Infinite Trees”, find a seat and slow down.

Flutter your fingers over the parts of your body that didn't get a lot of attention during your dance practice. The face, the collarbone, your wrists. Remind yourself of the outline of your body.

Wipe off any excess energy – down your neck, arms, back, sides, legs, hands, feet.

BE STILL TO INTEGRATE

Create a cozy little nest while staying within.

The final song of the playlist, “Serenity (Deep Sleep)”, is perfect for a little integration in savasana.

Do a body scan while you effortlessly breathe and slow down.

Stay here for as long as you need – the song is 30 min.
