What to bring

Your favorite mug to enjoy the cacao

A bottle of water (glass or metal preferred)

A journal & pen

A blanket & pillow (or a lawn chair if you prefer not to sit on the ground)

Nature findings for the altar: flowers, a rock, a vegetable from your garden, a feather found on a walk…you get the idea

Cacao is a safe, gentle plant medicine. I included these links so that everyone can be prepared to make decisions that are best for them!

If you do not want cacao, I will prepare herbal tea for you. ❤️
